We are a well-established business in San Francisco, California. We already have a website, but we would like to expand its functionality so customers can submit forms, documents, and attachments online. Our current new customer enrollment process involves sending new customers a 27-page PDF that they must review and complete. Some pages require signatures and agreement to terms, while others require customers to provide information. Once completed, customers email the documents back to us. The process works, but we would like to explore a simpler, more organized, and more automated solution. We expect the selected candidate to work collaboratively with our business consultant, who is very easy to work with. Rather than receiving a detailed project specification and working independently, we envision a partnership where we brainstorm and develop the solution together. In fact, we expect the first one or two paid meetings to focus primarily on discussing ideas and determining whether the project even makes sense and what approach would work best. Because the scope and final solution are not yet defined, it makes more sense to begin on an hourly basis rather than a fixed-price project. We expect the initial rate to be in the range of 250–500 Baht per hour, since it would be difficult to define and price a project deliverable before we know what the deliverable will ultimately look like. We would also like to make a few minor changes to our website. Collaboration meetings will usually need to take place in the morning Bangkok time, sometime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
