Looking for a **marketing partner**, not just a content poster, for **ROKUYA** — a curated Japanese artisanal tableware brand connecting Japan's finest craftsmen with affluent consumers across Thailand and ASEAN. We are at an early commercial stage, and we need someone who can grow alongside the brand. **Core Scope — Instagram Management** - Initial Instagram strategy proposal: target audience definition, content pillar framework, recommended posting frequency and format mix - Monthly content calendar development (proactive proposals expected) - English-language caption writing aligned with brand tone (calm, minimal, culturally resonant). Thai-language is not required. - 3-4 posts per week across Feed and Stories (suggestions welcome), and monthly performance report (reach, engagement) - Paid post boosting as needed: selection of posts to promote, targeting setup (location, demographics, interests), budget allocation proposals, and execution support *Ad spend is covered by the client directly via Meta. Strategy, setup, execution, and reporting are included in this scope.* *Visual assets (photography, product shots) will be provided by the client.* **Extended Scope — Marketing Support (Desired, Not Required)** Will also be considered for: Pop-up event support, B2B outreach support, Network leverage. These activities are secondary scope. Budget and engagement terms will be discussed separately based on capability and availability. **Required** - Strong ties to the Bangkok / Thail market (preferred base), and native or near-native English writing ability - Demonstrated Instagram management experience in luxury, lifestyle, F&B, or design verticals (portfolio required) **Terms** - Duration: 3-month, renewable and expandable, Budget: 12,000–20,000 THB/month, Open to both individuals and small agencies - Application must include: portfolio links, brief introduction, and a short note on your Bangkok market experience
