We’re looking for a driven and capable Academic Program Manager to lead and grow a China-focused education center in Bangna. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Chinese education, student advising, and academic operations — someone who can take ownership of both program quality and day-to-day management. What we’re building: A student prep center focused on China pathway education, including: • CSCA / Chinese curriculum support • HSK preparation • Chinese language tutoring • University admissions support • Personal statement / essay coaching • Study abroad guidance for China What you’ll be responsible for: • Oversee daily operations of the center • Build and manage academic programs • Coordinate tutors and teaching schedules • Support students with academic planning and university applications • Ensure quality of teaching and student outcomes • Help grow the program and expand offerings We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience in Chinese education, tutoring, or academic advising • Understands HSK, Chinese curriculum, and China university pathways • Can manage both operations and academics • Is organized, proactive, and good with students and parents • Speaks Chinese (preferred) and English or Thai Location: Bangna, Bangkok Full-time preferred If you have experience in education and want to help build a strong China prep program from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
