Looking for an interior design consultant with the following experience and traits: - Experience re-designing condos / apartments to optimize and maximize space utilization (Japanese-inspired or minimalist design style preferred) - Previous experience not only in design, but also overseeing detailed implementation and coordinating with contractors - Strong attention to detail and good international design sensibility - Practical and solution-oriented mindset - Bilingual in English and Thai preferred Next steps before paid engagement: - Portfolio review (remote) - Introductory interview (remote) Initial engagement scope: - 1 site visit - Up to 3 hours of consulting, layout review, and renovation strategy discussion Potential follow-on project scope: - High-fidelity interior design concepts and layouts - Material / furniture recommendations - Contractor coordination and project oversight - End-to-end renovation implementation support
