Community Manager (Freelance, Remote — Thailand) Dream Actively is a sound-based nervous system regulation practice system built for high-performing professionals. We are growing our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook — and we need a sharp, creative community manager to bring it to life every day. What you will do: — Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms daily — Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and community messages — Execute the content calendar (content and strategy provided by us) — Repurpose content across platforms (Reels → TikTok → YouTube Shorts → Facebook) — Monitor performance metrics and flag what is working and what is not — Support WhatsApp community management and scheduling — Coordinate with the team on creator collaboration posts (Collab posts, stitches, reposts) What we are looking for: — Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook — Experience managing social media accounts for a brand (not just personal accounts) — Organised, reliable, and able to work independently to a schedule — Good written English (Thai is a bonus) — Eye for detail — you notice when a caption is off or a post time is wrong — Comfortable with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Buffer, or similar) — Bonus: experience with wellness, health, or lifestyle brands Work type: Freelance, part-time or project-based Location: Remote (Thailand preferred) Start date: Immediate To apply: Please send your portfolio or examples of accounts you have managed + your expected salary
