Job Title: TikTok Live Host (US Market – Beauty / Eyelash Products) Location: Bangkok, Thailand (On-site only, studio-based) Working Hours: - China Time (Beijing): 06:00 – 14:00 - Thailand Time (Bangkok): 05:00 – 13:00 --- ### About the Role We are hiring full-time TikTok Live Hosts based in Bangkok to support our U.S. market expansion. This is an on-site position only. You will host live streams, promote eyelash products, and drive sales through TikTok Shop. --- ### Key Responsibilities - Host TikTok live streaming sessions targeting U.S. audiences - Demonstrate and promote eyelash products (false lashes, lash glue, beauty tools) - Engage with viewers in real-time and drive conversions - Collaborate with the operations team to improve live performance - Follow TikTok trends and optimize content strategy --- ### Requirements (Important) - Must be able to work on-site in Bangkok (no remote work) - Prior experience in TikTok live streaming or e-commerce live selling preferred - Good spoken English (able to communicate with U.S. audiences) - Experience in an English-speaking environment is a strong plus - Strong on-camera presence and communication skills - Passion for beauty / cosmetics (eyelash experience is a plus) - Able to work early morning shifts (Thailand time) --- ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience in beauty or eyelash-related live streaming - Familiar with TikTok Shop or similar platforms - Sales-driven mindset with strong engagement skills --- ### Compensation - Competitive base salary + performance-based commission - Stable on-site working environment - Career growth in a fast-growing international e-commerce team
