We are a Japanese business looking for a Bangkok-based assistant to help with a one-off parcel receiving and local delivery coordination for our product samples. We are shipping a package of Japanese tableware samples from Japan to Bangkok via FedEx, and we need someone located in Bangkok to act as the delivery recipient and forward the package to our storage space. [Shipment Details] Item: Japanese Ceramic Tableware (Samples) Total Value: Approx. 30,000 THB Courier: FedEx (Door-to-Door) Note: All customs duties, shipping fees, and taxes will be fully pre-paid by us online. You will NOT need to pay anything upon delivery. [Scope of Work] 1 Provide a reliable shipping address in Bangkok for the FedEx delivery. 2 Receive the parcel when it arrives. 3 Forward the parcel to our designated location in Bangkok (either via local courier like Grab/Kerry or hand-over, whichever is more convenient). [Requirements] Must be based in Bangkok. Reliable and responsive in communication. Able to handle basic local delivery arrangements. [Budget & Payment] This is a one-off task. Please quote your project fee or hourly rate for this support. Any out-of-pocket expenses for local forwarding (Grab/Kerry fee, etc.) will be fully reimbursed by us. Thank you!
