The main house structure is already built. This is not a concept design from scratch. The purpose is to help coordinate the remaining work and produce clear files to support completion of the build. The project is for a house on an island in Thailand, so practical experience with Thailand builds, remote projects or logistically constrained sites would be a strong advantage. I already have: • professionally hand-drafted plans • photos of the existing property as it is now • bathroom drawings • stair drawings • balcony drawings • electrical plans The external balcony roof may need review and possible amendment.
