We are launching a new B2B service for hotels in Bangkok (mattress sanitization). We are looking for a freelance sales person (Thai + English) to help us contact hotels and schedule qualified meetings. MISSION: * Visit hotels in Bangkok (Sukhumvit / central areas) * Speak directly with housekeeping or operations managers * Present a simple service (training provided) * Schedule meetings (NO hard selling required) IMPORTANT: * This is a field-based role (NOT remote) * You must be comfortable approaching hotels directly * This role is focused on results (meetings booked) TARGET: * 10–15 hotels contacted per day * 1–2 qualified meetings scheduled per day QUALIFIED MEETING: * Confirmed meeting with decision maker (housekeeping or operations manager) * Relevant hotel (mid-range to high-end) * Clear interest in testing the service PAYMENT CONDITIONS: * Meeting must take place (not canceled) * Meeting must be with decision maker * Meeting must be confirmed in advance (date + time) * Only completed and attended meetings will be compensated PROFILE: * Thai native speaker * Basic to good English * Confident, proactive, and comfortable with face-to-face interaction * Experience in hotel, real estate, or B2B sales is a strong advantage COMPENSATION: * 500–1,000 THB per qualified meeting * 5,000–10,000 THB bonus per signed client * Performance-based (top performers can earn 20,000–50,000+ THB/month) We are looking for someone reliable, active, and ready to start immediately.
