Option 1 — Sales & Store Management Partnership Manage and grow the existing Shopee and Lazada stores for UNITED SOLES. Your role would include: Running the stores day-to-day Improving listings and promotions Handling customer engagement Driving sales and growth Profit split model based on performance. Option 2 — Full Brand & Marketplace Operator Take a more active role in scaling the brand across Shopee and Lazada. This would include: Full management of the stores Adding and sourcing new products Managing campaigns, pricing, and strategy Growing the overall marketplace business Revenue/profit split proposed at 60/40 in your favour for the right person who can genuinely grow the business. Option 3 — Bulk Stock Buyer / Distribution Partner Looking for someone who may be interested in: Purchasing the remaining stock in bulk Helping liquidate or distribute inventory Potentially reselling through their own channels Ideal for someone already operating in e-commerce, fashion, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or streetwear retail.
