Location: Wongsawang, Bangkok, Thailand (Remote/Hybrid) Role Summary We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead SEO optimization and manage our digital asset library. This hybrid role manages the company’s digital assets, influencers, affiliates, and media partnerships while driving SEO with an AI-optimized approach. The role bridges strategic direction from the US team with process-driven execution. Key Responsibilities Partnerships & Operations • Manage influencer contracts, FTC-compliant deliverables, deadlines, and payment tracking. • Maintain and update a CRM/database of influencers, media outlets, and retailers. • Standardize processes into SOPs for repeatable execution. SEO & Digital Execution • Conduct AI-optimized SEO by: o Strengthening structured data. o Building EEAT to boost AI answer credibility. o Creating Q&A-style blocks and concise summaries for AI-readability. o Optimizing images/videos with alt text, captions, transcripts, and fast-loading formats. • Perform traditional SEO tasks and run backlink outreach to prioritized publications and influencers. • Support paid campaigns; deliver performance reports. Collaboration • Work closely with the US team to translate customer insights into execution. • Collaborate with external vendors and media outlets to ensure deliverables are on time. Digital Asset Management • Maintain organized libraries of creative assets (naming, tagging, versioning). • Coordinate with the Content Designer to align visuals with SEO needs. Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, partnerships, and SEO. • Solid understanding in both on-page SEO and optimizing for AI-driven search visibility. • Good English communication skills • Plus: Experience with AI tools and familiar with American design trends and customer behavior.
