We are seeking independent Student Recruitment Representatives who can generate and manage their own leads and close enrollments on a commission-only basis. Key Responsibilities Find and contact families, students, schools, and education partners Promote our online American school programs to qualified prospects Build and manage your own lead pipeline from first contact to enrollment Communicate via WhatsApp, LINE, email, phone, social media, or in person Explain the value of online American education and diploma pathways Refer qualified prospects to our admissions team and follow up until enrollment Share short, basic lead updates when requested Candidate Profile Experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions, or education consulting Confident generating your own leads and closing deals Strong networks in education, parent, school, tutoring, or expat communities Strong English; Thai a strong plus for Thailand market Able to work legally as an independent contractor Comfortable with commission-only, results-driven work Compensation Commission is paid for every successful student enrollment or approved partner referral, based on an agreed structure.
