The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for looking for the new leads, contacting the prospects in the pipeline to create business appointments, and providing product and service information. This role ensures potential prospects to understand the solution's details, aligns solutions to customer requirements, and coordinates in the sales process until the deal is closed. #KeyResponsibilities: A. Pipeline Management • Making a cold call to introduce, company, product & service for prospective clients. • Expand the new prospects into the pipeline. • Support the sales team by answering technical questions and addressing concerns during the sales process. B. Product Expertise and Consultation: • Maintain an expert understanding of the company’s products and services. • Collaborate with the product and commercial and solutions teams to stay updated on new programmes C. Relationship Building: • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Provide necessary advice to clients throughout the pre-sales process and ensure a smooth transition to sales support. D. Documentation and Reporting: • Prepare documentation, such as reports and dashboard, • Maintain records of customer interactions, technical needs, and feedback for internal reporting and product development purposes. E. Collaboration with Sales: • Collaborate with sales/ commercial teams to align on product messaging and promotional strategies. • Coordinate with stakeholders (only pre-sales phase) Required Skills and Qualifications: • Having Bachelor’s Degree ( New Grads are welcome) • Proven experience in pre-sales roles and/or having training and consulting solutions experiences will be advantageous • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively to establish prospecting customers’ awareness and needs. • Excellent communication, and persuasion • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, and high people dynamics environment.
