I’m organising a birthday trip in Bangkok for a group of 24 people and looking for someone experienced to help plan and coordinate a fun, seamless itinerary. 📅 Dates: 22–25 October 📍 Location: Bangkok What we need help with: ✨ 22 Oct – Rooftop Bar Night - Booking a rooftop venue (e.g. Octave or similar) - Group package with alcohol (bottles + mixers / beers) - Help managing minimum spend / best value setup 🍜 23 Oct – Tuk Tuk Food Tour - Organised group food tour (afternoon/evening) - Fun, social, authentic local spots 🍻 24 Oct – Chinatown Food + Bar Tour - Street food + bar hopping experience - End the night at a club (e.g. Havana Social / Apt 101 or similar) 🚤 25 Oct – Long Tail Boat + Activities - Private long-tail boat experience (river/canals) - Add-on activities during the day (open to ideas — fun & interactive preferred) What we’re looking for: - Someone with strong local knowledge in Bangkok - Experience handling group bookings (20+ people) - Ability to organise, coordinate, and recommend the best spots - Bonus if you can bundle this into a package or optimise pricing We want this to be fun, smooth, and unforgettable — it’s a birthday celebration 🎂 💬 Please send through: - Your experience - Suggested plan / ideas - Pricing or package options Thanks!
