Growth Operations Manager — On-site, Thailand Base ฿35–55k/mo + performance bonus (30-day quality gate). Chinese = premium. We run retail shops + digital assets in Thailand. Hiring a hands-on Growth Ops Manager to learn each piece of our marketing engine from the founder, document it into SOPs, hire and manage a remote team to scale it, and personally cover any seat when someone leaves. Player-coach role. ~40% doing, ~60% managing. You do the newest playbook yourself before handing it off — so you actually understand what you’re managing. You’ll own: • Local SEO (mobile device fleet for our shops — daily on-site) • Community engagement (English + Chinese, via remote VAs) • AI video pipeline (in-house workflow, remote editors) • Domain portfolio + content asset network • English-language listicles and ranking assets • Hiring + managing remote VAs (mostly Filipino), writing SOPs, QA Must have: • 2+ yrs digital marketing / SEO / growth ops, running parallel workstreams • Strong written English; experience managing remote contractors • Comfortable with domains, hosting, account ops at scale • Generalist — picks up new domains in days, not months • Process-builder, not a lone wolf Premium comp: business-level Mandarin bonus (+฿8–15k), not required; affiliate / e-com / agency background; content pipeline experience.
