About us • Multi-floor community space in Bangplee: cafe, 5 meeting rooms (2 large (30 max people each), 1 medium (10 people max), 2 small (4-5 people max)), 3 studios (dance, yoga, etc.) • Growing calendar of yoga classes, workshops, and corporate bookings • Looking for someone to fill our meeting rooms and studios with the right bookings The role • 60% — Cold outreach to companies for meeting room and offsite bookings • 25% — Source guest speakers, workshop leaders, and event partners • 15% — On-site event support (mostly weekend mornings and weekday evenings) What you'll do • Build a pipeline of corporate prospects within 30 min of Bangplee • Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, in-person — close corporate bookings • Source and book guest speakers for seminars and workshops (1–3 per month) • Manage event marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LINE OA, local groups) • Host events on-site — check-in, A/V, attendee experience, follow-ups • Maintain a simple CRM and report weekly to the owner Must have • Fluent Thai · Conversational English • Outgoing, confident — comfortable with cold outreach • Organized, proactive, reliable • Comfortable with Google Sheets, LINE, Facebook, Instagram, Canva • Available some weekends and evenings for events • Lives within 45 min of Bangplee Nice to have • Experience in sales, hospitality, events, marketing, or hotel front office • Existing network in Bangkok corporate, events, or wellness scene • Personal interest in wellness, business, or community-building Compensation • Base: 12,000 THB/month (20 hrs/week) • 10% commission on first-time corporate bookings • 5% commission on repeat corporate bookings and event ticket sales • 8% commission on long-term contracts (first 3 months) • Target total earnings: 15,000–25,000 THB/month · Commission uncapped
