Retail Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador (Flagship Store) พนักงานขายและแนะนำสินค้า ประจำสาขาสีลม คอมเพลก (Full-Time) Wander Global Company Limited ฿20,000 – ฿30,000 per month + incentives JOB DESCRIPTION Show a thorough understanding of Wander Global’s product portfolio Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to customers, and offer product recommendations to match customer needs Provide exceptional customer service to customers using The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close Maintain store appearance in accordance to display guideline, and general housekeeping procedures to ensure store cleanliness and appearance Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals Comply with Wander Global sales guidelines Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs Manage stocks in stores; assisting with stock replenishment Manage daily sales with POS, and create daily sales/stock reports back to head office Basic technology skills – familiarity with iOS, basic device troubleshooting, read and understand technical training manuals QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree preferred English and Thai language proficiency Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail sales preferred Excellent communication skills Detail oriented Structured & organized Adaptable & quick learner สัมภาษณ์ผ่าน เรื่มงานทันที
